Account Manager (Services Sales | Training Provided) - D13 Macpherson, Braddell, SG

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities :

• Prepare Sales pitch and present proposal customized to individual customer requirements for both renewal and new services business
• Submit weekly Sales report to Services Sales Manager on the renewal listing
• Resolve existing maintenance contract customers’ issues when escalated from internal stakeholders to maintain trust between customer and the company
• Manage and maintain healthy client relationships with existing key accounts
• Work closely with Project Lead and Finance to follow up on billings and payments

Requirements :

Able to speak Mandatin to communicate with Chinese speaking stakeholders
