Key Information :
- Mon to Fro 9am to 6pm, Alternate Saturday 9am to 1pm
- Property Management & storage industry
Responsibilities :
Monitor system performance and ensure network, system, and endpoint securityMaintain internal applications such as door access , parking, telephony systemsMaintain CCTV and WIFI system networkProvide end-users and customers remote and onsite technical support, addressing hardware, software, and network issueTrack technical support issues and resolutions in the ticketing systemMaintain up-to-date network diagrams, floor plan and technical documentationAny other ad-hoc duties as required by the company from time to timeRequirements :
IT Diploma in Business Information Technology (including e-commerce technology, business information systems) with knowledge in design, PHP, CSS, HTML and CMS is a plus.Minimum 2-3 years experienceMaintain hardware and software of in-house systemsAble to handle Windows / Server administrationWell versed in MS OfficeInterested applicants, please submit your application now!
