Our Client is looking for a passionate Assistant Chef to support both sushi and hot kitchen operations. You’ll work closely with our Head Chef to prepare sushi, sashimi, and a variety of hot dishes — ensuring every plate reflects precision, freshness, and creativity.

What You’ll Do :

• Assist in preparing sushi, sashimi, and hot Japanese dishes.
• Handle mise en place, food prep, and plating with consistency and care.
• Uphold high standards of hygiene, food safety, and kitchen organization.
• Support smooth kitchen operations and collaborate with the service team.
• Learn, grow, and refine your culinary techniques under experienced chefs.
