We are seeking an experienced
and passionate Chief Cook specializing in Indian cuisine to lead
our kitchen operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for
planning, preparing, and cooking authentic Indian dishes while
overseeing kitchen staff, ensuring food quality, and maintaining
hygiene
standards.
Responsibilities :
Prepare and cook a wide variety of Indian dishes
(curries, tandoor items, breads, snacks, etc.)
Supervise and coordinate daily kitchen
operations
Create and maintain high-quality
recipes and menus
Ensure food presentation,
taste, and quality meet restaurant standards
Manage inventory, ordering, and proper storage of
ingredients
Train, guide, and oversee kitchen
staff
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and
compliance with food safety and hygiene
regulations
Requirements :
Proven experience as a Cook / Chef, preferably in Indian
cuisine
Strong knowledge of Indian spices,
cooking methods, and regional dishes
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while
maintaining quality
Strong organizational and
communication skills
Creativity and passion
for delivering authentic Indian
flavors
