📌 YOUR ROLE WILL INCLUDE :

• Greeting and seating guests with warmth and professionalism
• Handling reservations and guest inquiries (phone & email)
• Supporting events and working closely with the Events Director
• Keeping the front desk polished and organised
• Coordinating seamlessly with front-of-house and service staff
• Maintaining accurate guest records and handling admin duties
• ️ WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR :
• Minimum GCE ‘N’ / ’O’ Level, ITE, Diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years in hospitality / customer service preferred
• Excellent communication and guest service skills
• Strong attention to detail, professional grooming
• Positive, proactive team player
• Able to work weekends & public holidays
• Open to Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents only
• Immediate starters preferred
