Responsibilities :
Identify and onboard merchants (e.g., gaming, e-commerce)
who need to accept crypto payments;
Lead
full-cycle BD process : lead generation, pitching, negotiation,
signing, and integration;
Build and manage
strong client relationships for long-term partnerships;
Develop tailored go-to-market strategies aligned with
product capabilities;
Coordinate
cross-functionally with product, tech, and compliance
teams;
Stay updated with crypto payment trends
and market
competition.
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree or above, 5+ years of BD / sales
experience, preferably in payments or crypto;
Industry experience or contacts in gaming or e-commerce
is a strong plus;
Strong communication,
negotiation, and result-driven mindset;
Able
to thrive in a fast-paced and global environment;
Proficiency in English is
preferred.
