Jobscope :
General Head chef responsibilities - Incharge of
restaurant menu, oversees kitchen staffs jobscope
Conduct
hands-on culinary demonstrations and workshops for staffs, focusing
on Thai cuisine and menu development.
Provide
guidance and mentorship to kitchen staffs to enhance their culinary
skills and knowledge.
Assess chefs'
performance in the kitchen and provide constructive feedback for
improvement.
Ensure that staffs are
well-versed in food safety and hygiene
practices.
Qualifications :
Formal culinary education and certification
preferred.
Strong knowledge of culinary
techniques, food safety, and industry best practices.
Excellent communication and presentation
skills.
Patience and a passion for teaching
and mentoring.
Ability to work in a team and
adapt to a dynamic culinary
environment.
