JOB DESCRIPTION
Recruitment & Manpower Planning
- Plan and manage manpower needs for projects and sites.
- Handle full recruitment process – sourcing, interviewing, onboarding.
- Manage foreign worker applications, renewals, and quotas (MOM).
- Liaise with recruitment agencies, training centers, and subcontractors.
Employee Relations & Welfare
Act as main contact for HR matters (grievance, welfare, discipline).Handle counseling, performance issues, and disciplinary actions.Maintain good staff relations to reduce turnover and absenteeism.HR Compliance & Administration
Ensure compliance with MOM, Employment Act, WICA, and other laws.Maintain employee records, contracts, and work permits.Manage insurance, medical claims, leave, and payroll coordination.Prepare HR reports for management and audits.Training & Development
Identify training needs and plan WSQ / safety / technical courses.Ensure all statutory training and certifications are current.Keep training records updated.Workplace Safety & Accident Management
Work with Safety team on incident and accident reporting.Coordinate medical visits, light-duty arrangements, and follow-ups.Handle WICA claims and liaise with insurers and authorities.HR Strategy & Leadership
Advise management on HR policies, manpower, and retention.Support succession planning and performance management.Drive HR system improvements and digitalization.Mentor and guide HR or admin staff.REQUIREMENTS
Good knowledge of Employment Act, MOM rules, and construction manpower policies.Experience in managing foreign workers, dormitory, and safety matters.Strong communication and problem-solving skills.Able to balance site needs with HR policies.Proficient in HRM software and MS Office.Experience in construction industry preferred.Able to start work immediately or on short notice.Please apply via MyCareerFuture or email your updated CV to recruit@wsg.com.sg .
