Job descriptionFamiliar with Shopee and Lazada seller platforms would be good though not necessary since its easy to manage Basic skills in image editing (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools). Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently. Positive attitude and willingness to take on different tasks when needed.
Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for a dedicated Online Store Executive to join our team on a 5–6 months contract basis. The role involves managing our Shopee and Lazada online stores, ensuring smooth daily operations, and supporting ongoing e-commerce projects.
Working Hours :
10 : 00 AM – 4 : 00 PM (Monday to Friday)
Includes 1-hour lunch break
Key Responsibilities :
- Handle daily order fulfilment and packing of items.
- Manage product listings, updates, and promotions on Shopee & Lazada.
- Create simple online banner ads (basic knowledge of image editing tools / software required).
- Organize, arrange, and keep track of stock whenever shipments arrive.
- Provide support in checking and managing other online projects as assigned.
- Assist with ad-hoc tasks to support the smooth running of the business.
