Job Summary :
We are looking for a Call Support Associate to join our team. This role is the first point of contact for the company, handling incoming calls and emails, and forwarding them to the appropriate team member. Occasionally, the role may require covering the front desk when the regular staff is on leave.
Responsibilities :
Answer and manage incoming phone calls promptly and courteouslyDirect calls to the appropriate personnel or take messages when necessaryHandle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism, escalating when requiredAssign leads from both online and offline channels to relevant team membersMonitor and manage the company’s general email inbox, ensuring timely forwarding to appropriate staffProcess simple customer orders accurately and efficientlyPerform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and document handlingOccasionally cover the front desk, welcoming visitors and managing the reception areaRequirements :
Good communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to multitask and stay organizedProficient in basic computer applications (Microsoft Word, Excel, and email)Ability to work independentlyPrior experience in customer service, receptionist, or front desk roles is an advantageTell employers what skills you have
