Job descriptionResult-oriented, able to multi-task, and committed to delivering service excellence. Open to both shift and non-shift work arrangements. Minimum GCE 'O' Level or equivalent qualification. At least 2 years of relevant experience in a call centre or telesales environment within the service industry is ideal. Commit 1 year All information will be treated with strictest confidence. We regret that only short-listed applicants will be notified
Roles & Responsibilities
Scope :
- Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide accurate information on products, services, or company policies.
- Assist customers with inquiries, requests, complaints, or technical support.
- Record details of customer interactions and update systems accordingly.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the relevant departments for follow-up.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company service standards.
- Contribute to a positive team environment and support colleagues when necessary
