• Manage the cafes to meet or exceed standards in food quality, safety and cleanliness
• friendly service
• Conduct weekly inventory stock check
• Proficient in daily operation tasks e.g. cashiering, scooping ice cream etc.
• Any other tasks as given by Management / Supervisor from time to time
