Roles & Responsibilities

Position Overview

The Vice Presidenet (APAC) is responsible for driving strategic growth, operational excellence, and client satisfaction across multiple countries. The successful candidate will lead regional teams and manage high-value relationships with enterprise and hyperscale clients, ensuring the highest standards of uptime, reliability, and compliance in complex technical environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership : Drive regional business growth, manage P&L, and lead market expansion initiatives.
• Client Engagement : Build and maintain executive relationships with hyperscale and enterprise clients.
• Operations Oversight : Ensure 24 / 7 uptime across facilities; manage commissioning, maintenance, and infrastructure performance.
• Risk & Compliance : Mitigate operational risks, enforce security protocols, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Team Development : Recruit and mentor senior leaders; foster cross-functional collaboration across APAC.
• Vendor & Policy Management : Oversee vendor contracts and enforce operational policies and procedures.
• Industry Representation : Act as a regional spokesperson at conferences and strategic meetings.
