Beyond the Boardroom is seeking a highly motivated Senior Sales Manager to expand our
commercial portfolio and market share across Asia Pacific. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years’
experience in media sales with a proven track record of working directly with business
clients—including technology firms, advisories, financial institutions, agencies, lifestyle brands, and C-
suite executives. They should have strong knowledge of the brand, agency, and start-up landscape,
with an understanding of how business and culture intersect, and experience selling multi-platform
solutions (digital, events, branded content, partnerships).
Basic salary+attractive commission structure
Overall Responsibilities
- Sale of advertising and partnerships across all Beyond the Boardroom platforms and projects,
online and offline.
Sale of special projects, native campaigns, sponsorships, branded partnerships, and othercommercial opportunities.
Build long-term relationships with C-suite and senior leadership clients, positioning Beyondthe Boardroom as a trusted cultural intelligence partner.
Identify and grow new revenue streams in line with the brand’s editorial and commercialstrategy.
Execute sales strategies and meet agreed commercial objectives.Duties
Connect, communicate and meet with existing and potential advertising clients on an ongoingand regular basis.
Sell advertising and negotiate conditions, including discounts, positioning, special projects,etc.
Package and present integrated solutions across digital, branded content, events, andresearch initiatives.
Coordinate and approve conditions of insertion, including positioning and editorial supportwith technical / IT, marketing, design, and editorial teams.
Write, send, and follow up on offers, contracts, and invoices to clients.Prepare weekly Client Meeting Reports in line with corporate policy.Monitor fulfilment of all agreements and obligations with clients.Update and contribute to the Ad Client Database regularly.Interact with all departments to fulfil the above duties.Participate in regular meetings with management, sales, editorial, finance, and marketingteams.
Support Marketing and management in securing sponsors for events and other initiatives.Inform and confirm with accounting all financial conditions agreed with clients in a timelymanner.
Maintain files, contacts, contracts, invoices, and receipts in an orderly manner, available tomanagement and accounting at any time.
