Job descriptionAnalyse tender specifications and liaise with countries mainly in the APAC region for accurate Coordinate with multiple stakeholders including local offices and central procurement teams Develop a project plan and for adequate pricing analysis, internal review and evaluation inline with the global tender management process Maintain record of tenders in internal reports and tender document management system Leading / involve in meeting with cross region stakeholder to give advice or provide analysis Trouble shoot any tender related issues and make concerted corrective actions plan to ensure Other assignments and participation in related projects, as required Advanced MS-Excel is mandatory Fast-thinker, Problem solver and strong aptitude for numbers Good interpersonal skills and understanding of cultural diversity Must be fluent in spoken and written English Ability to multitask and perform under pressure Diploma in SCM / Logistics / Business Administration or other related fields preferred 2-3 years’ experience in the freight forwarding / logistics industry
