Accounts & HR Executive (Full time)

At HardlyWorkingCo Pte Ltd, we’re not your average F&B group.
We own brands like Wooly’s Bagels, Bored Tacos, MarlowsDeli and Break Room (Malaysia). Brands built on the paradox of hustle culture : working hard or hardly working?
Now, we’re looking for a sharp, curious, and numbers-loving Accounts & HR Executive to jump on board.
This isn’t just another boring job. You’ll work directly with the founders, managers and get your hands on real finance and HR operations in the F&B world.
What You’ll Actually Do (a.k.a. Real Stuff) :
Accounting :
- Handle day-to-day accounting operations including AP, AR, and book-keeping.
- Reconcile bank statements and supplier accounts.
- Prepare month-end closing activities and management reports.
- Maintain proper filing of accounting documents within the Xero system.
- Assist with statutory audit matters.
- Process supplier invoices, staff claims, and ensure timely payments (prior AP experience highly preferred).
- Assist Finance Manager in digitalization initiatives to convert the AP function to a full paperless process.
- Any other ad hoc duties as assigned from time to time.
HR :
Manage recruitment : filter resumes, arrange interviews, and coordinate with hiring manager.Prepare employment contracts, onboarding kits, and maintain staff records.Run payroll, track leave, attendance, and handle HR queries (yes, sometimes about annual leave).Assist in implementing HR policies and processes as we grow.Why You’ll Love It Here :

Diploma / Degree in Accountancy, HR, or related field.Singaporean / PR preferredAt least 2 years’ experience in accounting / HR.Microsoft Excel savvy (bonus if you know VLOOKUP without Googling).Organised, detail-obsessed, and a great communicator.Familiarity with Xero or payroll systems is a plus.Able to juggle numbers and people matters without breaking a sweat.The Boring (But Important) Stuff :
