We are a Facilities Management company in Singapore. We are looking for suitable candidates.
Responsibilities
- Input fault report daily and upon completion to inform Assistant Facilities Manager
- To churn up photos for Request Order (RO), get Technical Officer (TO) for signature and submit to Assistant Facilities Manager
- To generate quotation accordance to the Request Order (RO)
- To print out and laminate signage upon request
- To do clearance letter for supplier / visitor coming to Changi Airfreight Centre
- To main stationery in Building Operation Centre (BOC) office
- To answer calls for any complaint received and forward to shift team leader to expedite.
- Maintain BOC office cleanliness
- Any ad-hoc work by Management
Requirements
Must be willing to work in the EAST at Airline Road (Near SAF ferry terminal)Require travel to site office in Town for coverage once in awhile.Knowledge of Microsoft Office, e.g., Excel, OutlookGood communication skillsPrefer candidates who can start work earlyMinimum Highner Nitec in business or relevant certificateTell employers what skills you have
