Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities :
- Cold call to prospective clients
- To promote Ocean / Air / Total Logistics Services. Plan and propose solutions to meet customers’ business objectives
- Aggressively source and secure new accounts and business.
- Establish strong customer base
- Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationship through regular calls and customers meetings. Handle customer complaints and provide corrective actions promptly.
- Monitor and ensure prompt payments for customer receivables.
- Source and develop client referrals.
- Ensure accurate and timely sales reporting.
- Perform any other job-related duties assigned by superior
- Contributing to the development of marketing strategies.
- Achieve sales target
Requirements :
Minimum GCE O levelMinimum 4-6 years of experience in Air or Sea freight forwarding (Must)Proficient in Microsoft OfficeStrong proficiency in both written and spoken English communication.Possess own transportPlease state your availability, current and expected salary in the resume.
