Roles & Responsibilities

What You’ll Do :

• Achieve Sales Targets : Achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales goals for the assigned territory.
• Customer Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, grow accounts, and identify opportunities to develop new customer bases and applications.
• Opportunity Generation : Identify and generate new business opportunities within the assigned territory, focusing on both existing and potential customers.
• Sales Activities : Actively expand customer networks through regular face-to-face meetings and phone calls to drive sales.
• Proposal and Contract Management : Prepare technical and commercial proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to secure new orders.
• Reporting and Analysis : Provide weekly updates on sales activities, including call plans, sales forecasts, and market analysis (competitor activity, opportunities, trends).
• Technical Communication : Effectively communicate technical requirements related to solutions, installation, operation, and maintenance with customers and internal teams.
• System Maintenance and Compliance : Regularly update the CRM system, adhere to internal quality and safety standards, and promote safe working practices.
• Financial and Cross-Departmental Collaboration : Assist in managing account balances, collaborate with clients and other internal departments for a seamless service delivery.
• Troubleshooting and Safety : Provide support on-site for troubleshooting installations and remain committed to health, safety, and environmental policies.
