Job Description
Develop and execute commercial strategies across channelsManage product portfolio and lead market-specific product launches and innovation.Drive sales performance by building strong trade partnerships and developing effective commercial initiatives.Collaborate with marketing teams to execute campaigns that strengthen brand presence and awareness.Take full accountability for the region's sales, revenue, and profit targets.Work with Finance and Supply Chain to ensure smooth operations, accurate forecasting, and cost management.Use market and sales data to identify opportunities and make fact-based decisions.The Successful Applicant
A successful Regional Growth Manager should have :
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.7+ years' experience in sales or commercial roles within FMCG / consumer goods, with at least 3 years in a regional capacity.Strong track record in growing business or brands and delivering against P&L targets.Solid trade and distribution relationships within the region.Ability to think strategically while executing hands-on initiatives.Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.What's on Offer
