Job description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Working location : Senoko
  • (Transport provided at Sembawang, Yishun, Ang Mo Kio and Bishan MRT)
  • Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 5.30pm

Key Responsibilities :

  • Perform daily billing functions and backed end administrative support for SME and B2B segments.
  • Accuracy and timely issuance of bill to customers.
  • In charge of pre-billing set up of customers’ accounts in the billing system
  • Perform bill run and manual billing calculations
  • Liaise with regulators on billing matters including mismatch consumption and meter calibration
  • Uploading of invoices into the government portal website or client’s in-house portal as and when required
  • Reconcile monthly billing reconciliation on billed invoices
  • Provide case support to the Customer Service team on cases related to billing as and when needed
  • Perform any other tasks assigned by the supervisor as and when required.
  • Being involved in system migration and User Acceptance Test (UAT) for billing system automation.
