Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and implement marketing strategies targeting the China market.
Manage digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as WeChat, Weibo, and Baidu.
Coordinate with sales and operations teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
Plan and execute marketing events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
Conduct market research, monitor competitor activities, and analyse market trends.
Prepare regular reports on marketing performance and campaign ROI.
Manage marketing budget and ensure cost-effective campaigns.
Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree is an advantage.
Minimum 5 years’ proven experience in B2B marketing, preferably in logistics or related industries.
Strong understanding of China’s business culture and market trends.
Proficiency in Mandarin and English (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders).
Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
Familiarity with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
Salary Range : SGD 5,600 – 10,000 per month (commensurate with experience and qualifications, in accordance with MOM’s Employment Pass salary guidelines).
