Roles & Responsibilities

Working Hours : Shift Duties,5 days +ot +allowance
location : Orchard Road

Responsibilities

Guest Interaction : Greet customers, show them to their tables, and make menu recommendations or explain daily specials.

Order Taking : Accurately take food and beverage orders, noting any special requests or allergies.

Food & Drink Service : Deliver prepared food and drinks to tables using trays and trolleys.

Table Maintenance : Ensure tables are clean, stocked with glassware, salt, pepper, and other condiments, and clear away used plates and cutlery after guests leave.

Payment Processing : Present bills and process payments from customers.

Customer Care : Check on guests to ensure satisfaction, address any complaints, and handle special requests.

Kitchen Coordination : Act as a liaison between the customer and kitchen staff, ensuring orders are passed on correctly.

Health & Safety : Adhere to health and sanitation guidelines for handling food and maintaining a clean environment.

Shift Duties : Perform tasks like preparing the service station, rolling silverware, and assisting with other front-of-house duties.

Essential Skills

Customer Service : Strong interpersonal and communication skills to ensure a positive guest experience.

Organization & Multitasking : Ability to manage multiple tables and tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Attention to Detail : Precision in taking orders and ensuring food is prepared and presented correctly.

Teamwork : The ability to work effectively with other servers, kitchen staff, and managers.

Physical Stamina : The job requires standing, walking, and sometimes lifting, which can be physically demanding.
