DIGITAL MARKETING DIRECTOR

Position Overview

We are seeking a hands-on, dynamic, and creative Digital Marketing Director to lead our retail company’s digital marketing, e-commerce, and revenue growth strategy. This role is not just strategic, but also highly operational — the successful candidate must be willing to be the face of the brand, actively participate in advertising, live streaming, photo / video shoots, and drive end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns.

The Digital Marketing Director will be directly accountable for achieving online sales targets, driving revenue through digital channels, and building long-term customer loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

Revenue & Sales Growth

• Take full ownership of digital sales performance, with responsibility for achieving monthly and annual revenue targets.
• Drive conversion rate optimization (CRO) across websites, e-commerce platforms, and marketing funnels.
• Plan and execute campaigns that directly generate sales uplift during product launches, festivals, and promotions.
• Implement sales tracking dashboards to monitor performance in real time.
• Work closely with retail operations and product teams to align promotions with sales objectives.
