Description
We are seeking a motivated and
results-driven Freelance Sales
Executive to join our recruitment team. This role is
ideal for self-starters with strong business development skills who
enjoy working independently and earning based on performance.Your
primary responsibility will be to source new clients, develop
relationships, and secure recruitment projects. You will work
closely with our recruitment consultants to deliver quality talent
solutions to businesses across various
industries.
Key
Responsibilities :
Identify and target potential clients across multiple
sectors for recruitment services
Generate
leads through cold calling, networking, social media outreach, and
referrals
Present recruitment solutions
tailored to client needs and industry requirements
Negotiate service agreements and close sales to meet
revenue targets
Maintain strong, long-term
client relationships to ensure repeat business
Work closely with recruitment consultants to ensure
smooth service delivery
Track sales activities
and update management on progress
Represent
the company professionally in all interactions with potential and
existing clients
Job
Requirements
Proven
experience in sales, business development, or account management
(recruitment industry experience is a plus)
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work
independently
Able to build rapport quickly
with decision-makers
Strong network and
ability to leverage personal connections to generate
business
High level of professionalism and
integrity in handling client relationships
Comfortable working on a full commission basis with no
fixed salary
Ability to manage own schedule
and deliver agreed results
Familiarity with
recruitment processes or HR solutions will be an
advantage
