Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description :

• Oversee and manage various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and employee relations.
• Assist with HR compliance, ensuring adherence to labor laws and regulations.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR systems.
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates.
• Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and make hiring recommendations.
• Manage the onboarding process for new hires.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Prepare applications for various relevant grants offered by the government agencies
• Ensure that all HR transactional activities and standards comply with relevant Acts, legal demands and ethical standards.
• Support managers in dealing with grievances and disciplinary issues
