Job Summary

As an IT Executive, you will play a key role in driving the smooth operation of our technology landscape. From keeping our systems and infrastructure running seamlessly, to gathering requirements and testing new solutions, to supporting applications and training employees — you’ll be the go-to expert who ensures our people have the tools and knowledge they need to succeed. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with stakeholders, shape IT processes, and make a direct impact on the organization’s efficiency and growth.

Job Responsibilities

• Purchase, install, configure, test, track and maintain IT Asset Inventory (eg. computers, networks, and other office / project site equipment)
• Troubleshoot hardware / software issues, document failures, repairs, and installations
• Coordinate IT aspects of onboarding / offboarding (accounts, equipment, VPN), implement system improvements, and support rollout of new hardware / software with training and user guides.
• Act as the primary contact for in-house application issues, perform root cause analysis, monitor performance, and manage support requests via the ticketing system to ensure timely resolution within SLAs.
• Assist in deploying application fixes, patches, and upgrades, escalating complex problems to developers or vendors when required.
• Develop and execute test cases (functional, integration, UAT) and perform thorough QA to ensure applications meet requirements and are deployment-ready.
