ROLE
The Admissions Manager serves as a key operational leader within the admissions team, managing day-to-day admissions operations while supporting strategic initiatives. This role bridges tactical execution and strategic oversight, ensuring smooth admissions processes, leading Admissions Executive / s, and maintaining high standards of customer service throughout the student enrollment journey. The position requires strong operational management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments to achieve enrollment targets. Additionally, cultural sensitivity, and a customer-centric mindset to position the school as a top choice for international families in Singapore are essential skillsets.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Team Leadership & Operations Management
- Supervise and manage Admissions Executive / s, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
- Coordinate daily admissions operations including inquiry management, application processing, assessments scheduling and enrollment activities.
- Establish operational procedures and quality standards to ensure consistent service delivery.
- Support the Head of Admissions in implementing admissions strategies and policies.
Customer Relationship Management
Act as the key point of contact for prospective families, providing personalized guidance and support.Represent the school professionally at education fairs, exhibitions, and promotional events to enhance brand visibility and attract prospective families.Support the Head of Admissions in building strong relationships with expatriate communities, relocation agencies, and corporate partners to drive awareness and student recruitment.Serve as a first point of contact for prospective families requiring additional support or escalation.Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained across all touchpoints.Support the Head of Admissions in overseeing the entire admissions process from inquiry to enrolment, ensuring efficiency, transparency, and compliance with school policies.Ensure accurate and timely reporting of admissions data, conversion rates, and enrolment trends.Support the Head of Admissions in implementing systems and processes to manage applications, assessments, interviews, and offers.Event Coordination & Community Engagement
Plan and execute admissions events including open houses, information sessions, and school fairs.Coordinate logistics for admissions-related events, working closely with Marketing and Operations teams.Support community outreach initiatives to build brand awareness and attract prospective families.Oversee post-event follow-up processes and lead generation activities, and submission of activities reports.Administrative & Compliance Oversight
Ensure Admissions Executive / s in maintaining accurate data management in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Student Information Systems, and according to regulatory requirements.Generate regular reports on admissions metrics, conversion rates, and market trends.Support compliance with PDPA and school policies in handling personal data.Assist with regulatory compliance requirements including student visa documentation and EduTrust standards.Coordinate with Finance Department on contract-related matters and fee collection processesCross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Marketing team to develop and refine promotional materials and campaigns.Collaborate with Academic team on assessment protocols.Liaise with Operations team for facility tours, event setup, and student onboarding processes.Support IT team in optimizing admissions systems and technology platforms.Coordinate with Finance for tuition fee administration.REQUIREMENTS
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field4-6 years of relevant experience in admissions, customer service, or sales, preferably in an international school or education settingProven experience in team leadership or supervisory rolesExperience with CRM systems and data managementKnowledge of Singapore's education sector and international school environment preferredSkills & Competencies
