We are looking for an
Assistant Banquet Manager to join our
team!
As the Assistant Banquet
Manager , we rely on you to :
Support the F&B Manager in the overall administration
and operation of banquet events
To assist in
maximising profits and maintaining high quality service for
guests
Provide solutions to solve recurring
issues and ensure guest satisfaction
Train and
mentor staff whenever
appropriate
We are
looking for someone who :
Must have experience working in a hotel / resort
environment in banqueting services
Able to
collaborate with Events team, knowledgeable in understading Events
Order.
Knowledgeable in managing and handling
different events
Strong knowledge in
meeting / function rooms set up
Manages team /
workforce for each event in an effective manner to ensure guests
request are met.
Willing to work
