Handle Accounts Payable entries
Checking monthly supplier statements and reconciliation
Clear queries from business units and suppliers
Email payment advice to suppliers
Check and process staffs’ claims
Ensure adherence to the accounting processes and policies
Other duties as assigned

Requirements

Singaporean & PR may apply

Experience in accounting, good knowledge of Excel

Ability to work independently

High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
