Respond to customer inquiries through
phone, email, and other communication channels.
Prepare and process quotations and other sales-related
documents for airfreight, seafreight, logistics, and
CBT.
Generate weekly and monthly reports as
required.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues such
as damaged cargo, billing discrepancies, and other logistics
concerns.
Coordinate with internal teams,
including outdoor sales, operations, finance, and customer service,
to ensure smooth operations.
Support the
outdoor sales team in generating new business and maintaining
strong customer
relationships.
Requirements :
Willingness
to learn, improve, and take initiative.
Ability to work under pressure and handle overtime when
necessary.
Capable of working independently
while also being a strong team player.
Basic
knowledge of Microsoft Excel is an advantage.
Relevant experience in customer service and the freight
forwarding industry is preferred.
