Key Responsibilities :
Develop recipes for mass production that can be replicated across different shifts or production lines.
Ensure the uniformity of products by overseeing standardized processes and ensuring consistency in taste, texture, and appearance.
Ensure compliance with food safety standards (e.g., HACCP, FDA regulations, ISO certifications).
Oversee and implement food safety protocols , including proper storage, cooking temperatures, and handling procedures.
Collaborate with engineers or production teams to fine-tune production processes or automate certain tasks.
Troubleshoot issues with food production machinery or workflows.
Adjust recipes to account for ingredient availability , cost constraints, or seasonal fluctuations.
Provide training on food handling, food safety, and machinery use.
Ensure workers follow all safety protocols and guidelines, especially when dealing with industrial kitchen equipment.
