As a
Senior / IT Manager, you will be responsible for the following
duties : Lead and
inspire team members while promoting a collaborative and
results-driven work culture.
Provide guidance
and mentorship to support team development and
performance.
Conduct regular performance
evaluations and establish clear, achievable goals.
Develop and align IT strategies with overall business
objectives to drive growth and efficiency.
Recommend suitable technology solutions such as End User
Computing, Cloud-based / SaaS platforms, and Office 365 to support
operational needs.
Keep up to date with
technological advancements and industry trends to maintain
competitiveness.
Act as the main point of
contact for compliance with information security and data
protection policies.
Work in partnership with
the virtual Chief Information Security Officer (vCISO) to ensure
data security.
Ensure adherence to the
Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and lead related compliance
initiatives.
Organize and deliver regular
training on data protection and cybersecurity for staff.
Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers,
networks, and end-user devices for optimal performance.
Strengthen network security through effective management
of firewalls and other protective measures.
Ensure IT systems are reliable and available to meet
business requirements.
Assess, implement, and
manage cloud-based and SaaS solutions to streamline operations and
enhance scalability.
Collaborate across
departments to facilitate successful cloud migrations and optimize
services.
Administer and enhance Office 365
services to support productivity and team collaboration.
Oversee internet access and implement security controls
to safeguard sensitive information.
Lead
end-to-end management of IT projects, ensuring they are delivered
on time and within scope.
Coordinate with
cross-functional teams to define project requirements and success
criteria.
Track project milestones, budgets,
and resources to ensure effective execution.
Evaluate, select, and manage external vendors and service
providers, particularly in cloud and security domains.
Negotiate contracts to secure cost-effective and
high-quality services.
Continuously review
vendor performance and adjust partnerships based on business needs
and market
changes.
Requirements :
A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer
Science, or a related discipline.
At least 4
years of experience in IT management.
minimum of 5 years of proven experience in leading and managing
teams.
Possession of relevant industry
certifications such as PMP or ITIL is
advantageous.
