The Human Resources (HR) Manager and Recruiter is a member of
the Employment Services Business (ESB) team and will support the
General Manager to lead the employment agency and payroll services
team. He / she will guide the ESB team and ensure smooth operation
support to Singapore Shell Employees' Union Co-operative's (SSEUC)
clients including but not limited to day-to-day transaction
relating to recruitment, on-boarding, employee engagement and
relations, HRMS and payroll
administration.
Recruitment
recruitment needs and to obtain job description of position / s as
well as conduct requirements gathering and ensure before commencing
the recruitment.

social media, and other innovative solutions.
Screen through applications received and conduct initial discussion
with suitable candidates to explain the contracting
process.

Investigate the root cause of billing issues and resolve the
