Roles & Responsibilities

Marketing and Promotion

Promote travel packages, special deals, and services to clients through newsletters and social media.

Assist in organizing promotional events or travel fairs.

Client Communication and Support

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients before, during, and after their travels.

Provide timely responses to client inquiries regarding travel options, pricing, and logistics.

Address and resolve any travel-related issues or emergencies that may arise.

Travel Planning and Coordination

Research and recommend travel destinations, accommodations, and itineraries based on client preferences.

Coordinate transportation arrangements, including flights, car rentals, and transfers.

Prepare and manage travel itineraries, ensuring all details are accurate and accessible.

Administrative Tasks

Maintain accurate records of client interactions, bookings, and expenses.

Generate reports on travel expenditures and assist with travel-related administrative tasks.
