We are seeking a proactive and committed Customer Success Executive to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in ensuring smooth daily operations and fostering strong working relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.
As a key member of our team, you will coordinate closely with colleagues and partners to drive operational efficiency and deliver a positive experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for customers, suppliers, and shipyards.
- Learn and effectively utilize internal systems and software tools.
- Attend and support project Kick-Off Meetings and monitor project progress.
- Stay updated on relevant regulations and provide guidance to stakeholders when needed.
- Work with various teams to ensure accurate documentation for system and database setup.
Job Requirements
Diploma or bachelor’s degree in any field (Maritime or Engineering qualifications are a plus).Open to fresh graduates; full training will be provided.Prior experience in the maritime or shipping industry is an advantage but not essential.High attention to detail with a structured and organized work approach.Ability to adapt and perform well in fast-paced, changing environments.Self-motivated with a positive and proactive attitude.Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).Tell employers what skills you have
