Job descriptionConduct market research to identify business trends, competitor activities, and client needs in the Australian market. Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for entry and growth in Australia. Work with the leadership team to set revenue targets and create business development roadmaps. Establish strategic partnerships with law firms, financial institutions, corporate service providers, and professional associations in both regions. Represent the firm at networking events, business forums, and trade associations in Singapore and Australia. Leverage digital platforms and professional networks (e.g., LinkedIn, industry groups) to generate leads. Serve as the main point of contact for key clients, ensuring excellent client experience and long-term retention. Work closely with accounting, tax, and corporate secretarial teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery. Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell services to existing clients. Collaborate with the marketing team to design campaigns, thought leadership content, and events to enhance brand visibility. Adapt marketing materials for the Australian market, ensuring compliance with local regulations and business culture. LinkedIn

As part of our growth, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to spearhead client acquisition, partnerships, and market expansion in both Singapore and Australia.
