Join our dynamic team at Platinum Fitness and be the first point of contact for our customers! We’re looking for a reliable, personable, and proactive Front Desk Associate to deliver excellent customer service and ensure smooth daily operations at our gym outlets.
Key Responsibilities :
As a Front Desk Associate, you will be responsible for maintaining high service standards and operational efficiency. Your day-to-day duties will include :
Front Desk Operations :
- Greet members and guests professionally and warmly
- Manage membership registrations and enquiries (in-person, phone, email, and digital platforms)
- Conduct sales of food, beverages, and merchandise
Safety & Cleanliness :
Enforce safety and hygiene guidelines within the gymMaintain the tidiness and cleanliness of all common areas and facilitiesAssist with packing, cleaning, and moving of gym equipment as neededAdministrative & Reporting Duties :
Use digital systems and tools for membership, scheduling, and incident reportingEnsure proper handover between shifts (handover / takeover documentation)Escalate any issues or incidents to the Studio Manager and General Manager promptlyWhat We’re Looking For :

Able to work a fixed schedule of Sundays to ThursdaysCommitment to a minimum of 32.5 hours per weekWillingness to work across multiple gym locations in Central SingaporeQualifications & Experience :
Required :
Minimum 1 year of customer service or front desk experiencePreferred :
Valid First-Aid CertificationExperience in fitness or wellness environments is a plusRole Requirement :
Good communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skillsPunctual, dependable, conscientious, and organized with a can-do attitudeEnjoys personal interactions and have an approachable personalityAble to commit to a fixed schedule of Sundays to Thursdays, with a mandatory 32.5 hours work weekAble to rotate across multiple locations within Central Singapore as requiredCertification / Prior Work Experience :
Prior customer service experience requiredFirst-Aid certification preferredPhysical Requirement :
Able to walk around the gym facilities, climb stairs, lift, clean and pack heavy gym equipmentRemuneration and Employee Benefits :
