Cafe Supervisor / Manager to oversee daily cafe

operations, drive sales, and lead a growing

team.

Key

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations at

our café outlet to ensure smooth workflow and excellent

service.

Drive sales and

profitability by meeting sales targets, controlling

costs, and optimizing pricing strategies.

Lead and manage teams -

recruit, train, and motivate staff while fostering a positive work

culture.

Execute in-store

marketing and promotions to boost customer

engagement and sales.

Maintain

brand standards through regular audits and staff

training to ensure consistency across all

outlets.

Requirements

At least 3 years' experience

in retail or F&B operations management.

Strong leadership, organizational, and communication

skills.

Able to analyze sales data and drive

performance improvements.

Passionate about

delivering great customer experiences.
