Job descriptionHandle full set of accounts Handle day to day AP, AR, GL Prepayment & Accrual Schedule Balance Sheet Schedule Maintain of Recoverable and Contra account Preparing General Journal Voucher for necessary monthly adjustment Bank Reconciliation Handle quarterly GST submission and liaison with Tax Agent for tax purpose Prepare & update Project Job Costing (PJC) Liaison with Auditor for year-end auditing Assist to manage the day-to-day finance and accounting functions of the Company and its subsidaries
Pre-requisities
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting or equivalent
- Ability to produce accurate and quality work within tight deadlines
- Ability to learn and adapt
- Knowledge of ERP system
- Good listening and communications skills
- English : spoken and written
