This is a critical role for a seasoned legal professional where you will serve as a trusted advisor to the board and executive team, influencing strategic decisions and protecting the business through smart, pragmatic legal guidance.

Responsibilities

• Lead legal support on banking, financing, treasury, and commercial contracts
• Advise on corporate governance, SGX listing rules, and board matters
• Partner on strategic transactions including funding, M&A, and corporate actions
• Ensure regulatory compliance and manage stakeholder engagement, including MAS and SGX
• Work cross-functionally with business, finance, and external counsel to mitigate risk and drive outcomes
