Senior Lawyer, 15-20 PQE, SGX Listed Company,Singapore

A well-established, SGX-listed investment holding company is seeking a Senior Lawyer (15-20 PQE) to join its legal team in Singapore. This role is ideal for a experienced lawyer with a strong foundation in financing transactions, corporate governance (SGX Listing Manual Requirements), and construction related agreements.

Key responsibilities include :

• Collaborating closely with internal departments (project, finance, operations) and external stakeholders (law firms, consultants, contractors) to support legal and commercial objectives.
• Provide sound legal advice to senior management on business risks, contractual obligations, and strategic transactions, ensuring the company's legal rights and interests are protected.
