Arrange Courier Services (Fedex)

Order Stationary

Computer & Photocopy Machine - Requisition, approval & Purchase / Renewal

Office Maintenance & Reno - aircon,painting,pest control,light,doors

Arrange, Coordinate Company D&D

Propose CNY new notes denomination to Boss

Arrange & coordinate ALL AM staff's CNY gift set

Follow up on rental & bill payment with supporting documents from out-sourced team

Coordinate with out-sourced team for JIH & Accrelist AP documents

Do outlet's stock take during audit month.

Coordinate HQ & Outlet's staff Christmas & Boss's birthday celebration Buffet in office

Support AGM & EGM board meeting for JIH & ACCRELIST on documents & buffet arrangement

Source out & delivery CNY & Mooncake festival gift set for Director & ID

CCTV - Quote & Installation

Computer device - Requisition, approval & Purchase

Machine Repair / PM Contract / Log Card

Office Maintenance & Reno - aircon,painting,pest control,light,doors,pump,washroom

Cleaning worker contract for - BM / RC / SPC / SRG

Liaising with individual mall landlord for Permit to work & etc

Applying ,Renewal & master list for all outlet's & Malaysia TM team on SIM ONLY PLAN nos & HP

Arrange all outlet's name staff name tag & managers name card

Involves with all outlet's event on catering,printing material posters brouchers banner & contacting balloon vendor for design & quote.

Source out for special event & mooncake festival gift set for all AM customers

Contact for out sourced technician for all outlet's non laser machines repair / servicing

Support outlet's promotion poster / event voucher on printing with vendor & graphic designer

Handle & liaise with Telemarketer for AM Skincare online purchase order to vertify payment, packing & order courier service to send out
