Operation Executive

Roles & Responsibilities

• Knowledge of shipping documentation (import / export / LC / documentation / Bill of Lading / FTA Agreement) in accordance with the country’s customary rules and regulations.
• Tracked record of container ship planning, maintain ship schedule, monitor ship bunker cost.
• Cargo operations and RF / DG / OOG handling.
• In charge of slot management, monitor ship loading ratio.
• Maintain good relations with agents, shipping carriers and customers.
• Responsible for tendered invitation and quotations from our agent or customer.
• Send all necessary information and documentation to clients / agents / sea companies / forwarders accurately and punctually.
• Shipping knowledge preferred.
• Undertake ad-hoc duties as assigned by immediate superior.
• Proactive and self-confidence
• Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma in Maritime Studies or equivalent.
• Strong Interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Word / Excel / Power Point preferred.
• 0-1 year working experience in a related field is preferred for this position.
• Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Logistics / Maritime or Equivalent.
• Able to multi-task and work independently.
