What the day will look like

• Develop and grow new sales in the Small and Medium Commercial / Corporate segments to achieve personal and team revenue targets.
• Support the Head of Sales in developing sales collateral for broking, flexible benefits, and communication / engagement technology platforms.
• Be familiar and well versed about flexible benefits, health consulting, and technology to bring the latest trends and the best of Aon to the market.
• Actively search for new clients by developing leads through social platforms, cold calling, following up on direct marketing, attending networking events, and converting leads to sales opportunities.
• Execute local market plans and develop a pipeline of opportunities in the small and medium Commercial / Corporate segment, with full responsibility for converting those prospects to clients.
• Develop opportunities by demonstrating risk, insurance, consulting expertise, and the ability to help solve clients' problems in benefits administration and technology.
• Ensure smooth transition of new accounts and strong collaboration with the Broking and Account Servicing team in delivering distinctive client values.
• Manage responses to tenders and develop quality presentations as needed, working with the relevant bid management in-country and regional expertise.
• Facilitate cross-selling activities and Aon United initiatives as directed by the supervisor.
