Our client, a well-known company is looking for candidates for the position of Regional HR.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Developing and managing global HR policies and programs.
- Reviewing, drafting, and proofreading agreements, including conducting legal research as needed.
- Creating and implementing HR strategies that align with the company’s vision, values, and long-term goals.
- Designing and delivering employee engagement initiatives that foster a positive work environment and reinforce a strong company culture.
- Overseeing compensation and benefits programs to ensure they are competitive, fair, and aligned with company objectives.
- Collaborating with senior leadership and stakeholders to develop strategies for business growth and risk management.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.At least 10 years of experience in HR, with extensive knowledge across various HR functions with a minimum of 5 years in a management role.Proven experience in designing HR strategies and policies.Prior experience as a regional HR professional.Willingness to travel for business as required.We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
