As a Commis Chef , you’ll be an essential part of our kitchen team. You’ll support prep and service with consistency, care, and discipline — learning from our senior chefs while building your foundation in classical techniques and Filipino flavours. This is a role for someone hungry to grow and excited to be part of something meaningful.
Your Role
Kitchen Operations
Washing, peeling, and cutting vegetables and fruits
Cleaning and portioning meats and seafood
Preparing sauces, condiments, and other components
Setting up and cleaning kitchen equipment
Dishwashing and sanitation
Cleaning kitchen surfaces, floors, and storage areas
Waste sorting and disposal
