Key Responsibilities :
Act as the main point of contact for customers, providing timely updates and resolving any shipment-related issues.
Handle end-to-end freight processes including booking, documentation, and delivery coordination.
Prepare and check shipping documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with customs and company policies.
Identify and address process issues, and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality.
Assist with quotation preparation, freight rate inquiries, and support the sales team as needed.
Requirements :
Customer-focused with strong communication skills and a drive to improve
Knowledge of freight documentation, customs regulations, and industry best practices
Proficiency in MS Office Suite; experience with freight management software is a plus
