Responsibilities
We’re looking for an experienced Head of Human Resources to lead the human resources function including providing strategic advice to leadership, managing key stakeholders, and overseeing core HR operations for the company’s long-term growth and compliance.
- Lead and manage all aspects of the human resources function within the company;
- Ensure HR operations are compliant with employment regulations across the jurisdictions in which the company operates;
- Partner closely with senior leadership to align human resource strategies with business goals and workforce planning, including succession planning;
- Provide guidance and support to various business units and projects for resource and budget planning;
- Oversee other assigned functions outside of HR, such as office management, quality, as well as vendor management.
Requirements
Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management or any relevant discipline;At least 10 years of experience, with 5 years of leading a team;Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage strategy and operations;Ability to multi-task and manage different projects and objectives;Strong organisational skills, as well as communication and interpersonal skills.Employment Details
