Key Responsibilities & Skills :
- Provide support in day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, and the application, renewal, and cancellation of work passes.
- Responsible for accurate and timely monthly payroll processing.
- Manage all worker-related matters, such as course enrollments,
certifications, work permits, and dormitory arrangements.
Ensure all HR documentation is up to date, including employment contracts, HR policies, and training records.Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from candidate sourcing to interview coordination.Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.Perform any other ad hoc duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
